Services

We provide residential and commercial gutter cleaning, gutter repair, downspout clearing, gutter guard installation, and gutter inspection services in the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided over the phone are based on the information you provide about your property. If actual site conditions materially differ from what was described (larger home, unexpected damage, unusual access issues), we may adjust the quote before beginning work. We will always confirm any adjustment with you before proceeding. On-site inspections are free and carry no obligation to proceed.

Scheduling

We schedule services in windows rather than exact times. Weather conditions may require rescheduling on short notice for safety reasons. We do not perform work at height in lightning, high winds, or heavy rain.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payment. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a late fee.

Warranty

Standard gutter cleanings carry a 30-day warranty against overflow caused by debris we missed. If you experience overflow within 30 days of a cleaning from an area we serviced, contact us and we will return at no charge.

Gutter repairs carry warranties specific to the type of work performed. Seam reseals: 2 years. Rehangs into sound fascia: 5 years. Section replacements: 10 years on the material, 5 years on the labor. These terms are provided in writing before repair work begins.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature (severe storms, ice, wind), impact damage (fallen branches, hail, ladder impact), or issues caused by other work on your home after our service.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to gutters, fascia, roofing, or other property revealed during service. We will inform you of any pre-existing conditions we observe.

Access to Property

You represent that you have authority to authorize work on the property. You are responsible for informing us of hazards, underground utilities, delicate landscaping, security systems, or other conditions relevant to safe work on the property.

Cancellation

Scheduled services can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 trip fee.

Website Use

You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content from the Website without written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, design, logos) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
