Can I switch plan levels?
Yes. If you start on a standard plan and find you need more frequent service, we can upgrade you between visits. Same in the other direction if you find you need fewer visits.
What if I already had my gutters cleaned this year?
We enroll you starting from the next scheduled visit window. No point paying for something you just had done. Plans typically start with the fall visit if you enrolled after a spring cleaning, or spring if you enrolled after a fall cleaning.
What happens during peak season?
Plan customers get priority booking during our busy October to December and April to June windows. If we are booked out three weeks for non-plan customers, plan customers get scheduled within our normal window.
